5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Tour Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified and include the services described in the tour itinerary. Prices may be subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, and items marked as optional or additional are not included unless explicitly stated.
5.2 Payment Terms
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule specified in your booking confirmation, typically no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: more than 60 days before departure results in full refund minus administrative fee, 30-60 days before departure results in 50% refund, 15-29 days before departure results in 25% refund, and less than 15 days before departure results in no refund. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour of equal value.

7. Tour Services and Itineraries

7.2 Tour Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated, tours do not include: international and domestic flights, travel insurance, visa fees and passport costs, personal expenses (souvenirs, phone calls, etc.), tips and gratuities, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, and optional activities and excursions.

8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, and any other documents required for your travel. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.
8.2 Health and Fitness
You must ensure you are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the activities included in your chosen tour. You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation. Some tours involve walking, hiking, or other physical activities that may not be suitable for all participants.
8.3 Conduct
You must behave appropriately and respect local laws, customs, and traditions during your tour. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or negatively affects other travelers, without refund.
8.4 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Proof of insurance may be required for certain tours.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Albania Tour Operator shall not be liable for: personal injury, death, or property damage unless caused by our negligence; delays or changes to itineraries due to weather, traffic, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control; loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings; any services provided by third parties including hotels, restaurants, and transportation companies; and any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the tour in question.
